Use this form to make your reservation for a propeller club event.   Use the drop down lists to select the number of reservations and event you wish to make reservations for.  Complete the rest of the information on the form and press the submit form button.  The event drop down list only lists those events we can accept reservation for from the web.

Please select "I agree" in the drop down list to indicate your agreement with our reservation policy.  You will be responsible for the cost of  reservations made unless you cancel at least two business days  prior to the event.  Cancellation can be made by email to propclubjax@gmail.com or by phone to (904) 521-9738.

OBLIGATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

You are reminded that when you make a reservation for any event you are obligated to pay whether or not you attend, unless you cancel far enough in advance to allow the Club to give an accurate count to caterers, etc. Please remember that the Club is obligated to confirm and pay in advance to caterers and facilities. Therefore, the Club will have to pay for people who do not attend. The Club’s budget does not allow for this, and therefore you WILL be billed and expected to pay for any reservations you make. Failure to meet these obligations will not only cause the Club a significant financial loss, but you will be required to make full payment of all arrears before attending any future functions or renewing membership.
